HR STAFF – PT Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor day to day employee working time record (absenteeism, overtime etc), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Handle all Recruitment process & employee benefit administration
  • Maintain, update and manage employee data base/record
  • Involved in Human Resource, Training and other related projects and tasks

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 3.00 of 4 from reputable university, preferable from major Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in recruitment & training.
  • Understanding HR policies & procedures and HR Payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, HR tax regulation & its application
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Office is compulsory, especially in Ms. Excel
  • Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
  • High integrity, good attitude, hardworking and team player

Role & Responsibilities :

•    Develops and implements a communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand.

•    Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and industry magazines.

•    Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.

•    Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.

•    Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs and event.

•    Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed.

•    Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with various members of the media.

•    Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.

•    Coordinate with Corporate Secretary to provides suggestions concerning graphics, clarity, distribution, and press releases to Finance and Accounting departments for preparation of the corporations corporate news / info.

•    Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget.

•    Performs other related duties as assigned (awarding, csr activity, sponsorship and other activity to build corporate brand and awareness).

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•    Organized with attention to detail.

•    Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications.

•    Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership.

•    Excellent interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.

•    Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a clear appropriate  message.

•   Willing to be located at Head Office : Sunter-North Jakarta


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (preferable Marketing)
  • Experience at least 3 years in Insurance Tech as Channel Manager, Fintech Bisdev (or above)
  • Understand business operations, work flow, or business flow of e-commerce and familiar with online sales platformssuch as websites, marketplaces, and social media
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
  • Excellent management skills such as highlevel analysis and mapping
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to write clear concise reports and give presentations on analytical data
  • Good relationship with insurtech partners, such as broker, insurance company, aggregator

  • Mencari file polis dan koordinasi dengan Atasan serta input ke sistem
  • Mengumpulkan dokumen secara lengkap untuk perhitungan adjustment
  • Melakukan survey (apabila dibutuhkan)
  • Filing dokumen klaim
  • Pengalaman bagian Claim General minimal 2 tahun

ACCOUNTING MANAGER – PT Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk
Requirements :  

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Willing to be located at Head Office : Sunter-North Jakarta

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK and other regulation (OJK)
  • Responsible for monthly and annual tax obligations
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities. Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for reinsurance receivable and payable
  • Work with the FA Sr. Mgr. to ensure a clean and timely year end audit
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities
  • Support FA Sr. Mgr. with special projects and workflow process improvements
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
  • Willing to be located at Head Office : Sunter-North Jakarta
